IMPACT & ETHICS

The UN World Commission on Environment and Development says, "sustainable development is development that meets the needs of the present without
compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs."

Sustainable initiatives reduce environmental degradation and have a positive
social impact on communities.

ECOSHIFT re-thinks sustainability with inclusive, transparent initiatives.

ECOSHIFT believes in transparency. Our tools allow everyone to see and verify our actions.

Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion - image by Clay Banks

Our international makeup supports and promotes equal opportunity, diversity, and equality. We pride ourselves on tolerance. Moreover, we oppose discrimination of all forms: origin, race, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, language, social situation, religion or belief, and disability. We are against child labour and unfair treatment of workers. We believe big change comes with baby steps that positively impact people and the communities they live in.

As a sustainable organization, ECOSHIFT aims to reduce the environmental footprint of its actions continually. We encourage our members to practice pesticide-free agriculture, recycle, use biodegradable supplies, and local products wherever possible and support responsibly sourced goods.
